LEADERSHIP COACHING PACKAGE INCLUDES:
A deep dive into your personal CliftonStrengths talent profile, based on 60 years of research data, which gives you a language to describe how you naturally think, feel and behave.
Gallup's robust Leadership report which looks at your specific CliftonStrengths from the standpoint of a leader. It also looks at how to lead other people according to their CliftonStrengths themes.
A look at the "four needs of followers," and how you can bring the best of who you are to this dynamic.
Conversations are led by the intentions you set for the session, recognizing that everyone has their own needs, timetable and process.
Leadership packages are customizable. A six-week package would be optimal, with the option to add on more sessions if needed. These sessions can be done in-person or virtual.
