I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach and consider it a great honor to help clients unveil their innate talents and see how to experience empowerment and transformation in their work, their communities and their families. As a certified Dream Big coach, I work with business leaders, managers, community influencers and families to discover what lights them up and how to bring their brilliance to what is in front of them.

Through team building workshops , I get lit up seeing a group of people not only realize how to leverage their personal strengths, but also the seeing teams realize the incredible power of collaborative strengths and how this makes a happier, healthier team.

Helping families invest in the “intangible wealth” of great relationships, healthy communication, and greater understanding is the hallmark of my CliftonStrengths Family coaching. When business leaders have amazing benefits for their work teams, they asked if the same process might be brought to their family. It is also personal for me because I have seen my own family benefit from greater understanding, appreciation and celebration of our unique differences.

My favorite place to be is with my husband , my 4 adult children, their spouses and my adorable grandchildren! I love traveling the world and meeting new people, but equally love being at home cooking and sharing a meal with family and friends… connecting over great conversations. I have a love of the great outdoors and revel in new adventures… either by foot or by bicycle. My hero is my grandfather who demonstrated a life of deep faith as he walked humbly in this world.
